Yes, you can! If you want to change your address, you can do so via our self-service portal!


Logging In

  1. Head over to the CannonKeys self-service portal



  2. Enter in the email address and password for your CannonKeys account

  3. Click Login


Our self-service portal uses the same account you use to place an order on our store.


I don't have a CannonKeys account!

We suggest visiting our registration page on our store to create your account. 

When creating an account, make sure to use the email address you used to place your order(s) to ensure the self-service portal pulls up the correct order you want to change addresses for.


I forgot the password for my account!

As your self-service account is the same as the account used on our store, we suggest the following to get your password reset:

1. Head to the CannonKeys Store Login page
2. Click Forgot your password?
3. Enter in the email address used to place your order
4. Follow the steps in the password reset email sent to your inbox


Once your password is reset, we suggest following the steps for logging in again to see if you're able to access your account and view your orders properly!


Managing Your List of Addresses

  1. Click on Addresses from the Navigation bar at the top


  2. To add a new address to your list

    • Click + New Address



    • Fill in the information for your new address



    • Click Save

  3. To set a default address to use for future orders
    • Navigate to the address you'd like to use
    • Click Set Default

  4. To edit an existing address on your list
    • Navigate to the address you'd like to use
    • Click the Pencil button

  5. To delete an address from your list
    • Navigate to the address you'd like to delete
    • Click the Trashcan button


Edits made here only change your available addresses which we will use later on to update your address on existing orders. 

To update your address on an existing order, we suggest following the steps under Changing Your Address On Existing Orders


Changing Your Address On Existing Orders

With your address list updated, you can now change the address for an existing order!

  1. Click on the Order # you would like to change your address for



  2. Navigate to Actions



  3. Click Change Shipping Address

  4. Navigate to the address you'd like to have your order delivered to

  5. Click Use This Address

  6. Follow the prompts for further information on adjusting your address


I'd like to change my address to a new one within the same state.

Address adjustments to a new address within the same state will be automatically applied after clicking Use This Address


I'd like to change my address to a new one in another state, province, or region.

Address adjustments to a new address outside of the original state, province, or region will instead:

- Provide a prompt about the potential to incur additional shipping fees
- Generate a support ticket for manual review and processing
