After placing your order, two factors determine the speed at which your order is delivered to you:

  1. Fulfillment processing time
  2. The courier's estimated timeline for the shipping speed you selected


Fulfillment Processing Time


Our fulfillment team works from Monday through Friday (with the exception of holidays) and are typically able to process an order within 2-3 business days after purchase. As an example, if you placed your order on a Saturday, the earliest you can expect your order to be processed is the following Monday.


Once an order is processed and ready for shipping, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with your courier of choice's tracking information. 

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email after 4 business days, it's best to submit a ticket through the Contact Us widget so that our Customer Support team can investigate the issue.


Shipping Speed


Once you receive your tracking information, the shipping speed you selected will go into effect. At this point, any issues with shipping timelines should be first directed at the courier you chose for your order.


If the courier needs anything from us after reaching out to them, please submit a ticket through the Contact Us widget with any supporting documentation so that our Customer Support team can investigate the issue further.
